Serena ran down the street anxiously hoping that the doctor
was home. Banging frantically on the door she waited for it to open. The doctor
let her in and listened patiently as she tried to explain what was wrong with
her. Watching as she stumbled upon the words coming out of her mouth he could
only shake his head sadly and inform her that she felt what everyone else felt.
As serena nodded her understanding and left. The doctor pondered the folly of
the scientist who made it so no one felt anything . but after being implemented
his plan backfired before they could stop it the test subject spread it to
everyone. Now humans can only feel the longing for that which they know not of.
And as the doctor ponders his folly he thinks of an apt name for this world he caused.
He calls it a galaxy of longing.
